Product Listing Assistant (Pokémon Trading Card Industry)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Listing Assistant to join our team in the Pokémon Trading Card industry. This remote position involves creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings for Pokémon trading cards and related collectibles across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Product Listing Creation: Create and upload accurate product listings including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, card numbers, sets, rarities, languages, and conditions.
Pokémon Card Identification: Identify Pokémon cards based on set, card number, rarity, language, edition, and other relevant product information.
Product Research: Research Pokémon card details, market prices, recent sales, and product information before creating or updating listings.
Pricing Support: Assist with setting and updating product prices based on market trends, competitor listings, recent sales, and internal pricing guidelines.
Image Management: Upload, organize, rename, and review product images to ensure listings are clear, accurate, and professionally presented.
Product Categorization: Categorize cards correctly by Pokémon series, expansion set, rarity, condition, language, card type, and other relevant attributes.
Listing Updates: Update existing listings when there are changes to price, stock quantity, product condition, description, or other product information.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure listed quantities match available stock.
Marketplace Management: Assist with product listings on platforms such as eBay, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
Quality Control: Review listings carefully to identify incorrect titles, duplicate listings, pricing errors, missing information, or incorrect product images.
Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update product information, pricing, inventory, and listing records using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Market Monitoring: Stay updated on Pokémon TCG releases, popular cards, new expansion sets, price movements, and collectible market trends.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with team members regarding listing issues, product information, stock availability, and pricing updates.

Requirements
Experience: No experience required. Training can be provided. Previous experience in product listing, e-commerce, trading cards, collectibles, or online marketplaces is an advantage.
Pokémon TCG Knowledge: Basic knowledge or strong interest in Pokémon Trading Cards is highly preferred.
Product Identification: Ability to recognize or learn how to identify Pokémon cards by set, card number, rarity, edition, language, and condition.
E-commerce Skills: Familiarity with eBay, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and basic online management tools.
Research Skills: Ability to research Pokémon card information and pricing accurately using online marketplaces and reference sources.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when entering card names, numbers, sets, prices, conditions, and other listing information.
Organization: Ability to manage a large number of products and listings efficiently.
Communication Skills: Good written communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting listing issues.
Time Management: Ability to manage daily listing targets, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibility: Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Interest in Pokémon: A genuine interest in Pokémon Trading Cards, collectibles, or the trading card market is highly preferred.
