E-commerce Operations Assistant (Trading Card & Collectibles Industry)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our team. This remote position involves supporting the daily operations of our online trading card and collectibles business, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace operations, and customer support.
Product Listing Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings across e-commerce platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, card conditions, and specifications.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock quantities, organize product records, and ensure online inventory accurately reflects available stock.
Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, verify order details, prepare fulfillment information, and coordinate with the packing and shipping team.
Marketplace Operations: Assist with the daily management of platforms such as eBay, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
Trading Card Research: Research trading card prices, market trends, rarity, sets, editions, and recent sales to assist with product pricing and purchasing decisions.
Product Categorization: Organize trading cards and collectibles according to brand, series, set, rarity, condition, language, edition, and other relevant categories.
Pricing Updates: Monitor market prices and competitor listings and assist with updating selling prices based on current market conditions.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, card conditions, availability, and other general questions.
Order & Shipping Tracking: Monitor shipments, update tracking information, and follow up on delayed, returned, or problematic orders when necessary.
Promotion Support: Assist with promotional campaigns, discount codes, bundles, flash sales, new product releases, and marketplace campaigns.
Data Management: Maintain accurate sales, inventory, order, and product information using spreadsheets or internal management systems.
Quality Control: Review listings, product information, pricing, and order details to minimize errors and maintain a professional online store.
Market Research: Stay updated on popular trading cards, collectible releases, market trends, upcoming sets, and customer demand.

Requirements
Experience: No experience required. Training can be provided. Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, trading cards, collectibles, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
Trading Card Knowledge: Basic knowledge or interest in trading cards and collectibles such as Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, sports cards, or similar products is preferred.
E-commerce Skills: Familiarity with platforms such as eBay, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other basic office or e-commerce management tools.
Research Skills: Ability to research card prices, recent sales, product information, and market trends accurately.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when handling product names, card sets, conditions, pricing, quantities, and customer orders.
Organization: Ability to organize large numbers of products, listings, inventory records, and orders efficiently.
Communication Skills: Good written communication skills for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with team members.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize daily responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Responsibility: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote working environment.
Interest in Collectibles: A genuine interest in trading cards, collectibles, gaming, or related industries is highly preferred.
